Please as a tenant advise and experience of 2 years that we had with the ownership of the Building STAY AWAY unless you like drama from the owner for no apparent reason, IE Elevator daily issues, And dark hallways, Promises a parking and will not honor it, NO management to talk to when there is no Heat and if you complain he will harass you point blank. HE IS A BULLY AND A LIER>
Beware this building is very old and always has issues with the Elevator and lights go on and off all the time in the hallways . Landlord is only good when rent is due. Better options in the area .
