Worst Experience with a builder! My client’s were interested in building with this company due to us viewing one of their St. Jude homes in the past. So I reached out to them to get some information. It took a week for their sales person Lindsey to call me back, however after speaking with her I sent over my clients house plans for them to review. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still had not heard anything. I contacted Lindsey today and informed her since we did not hear back we have decide to move on. Lack of communication is missing with this builder and anyone in Real Estate knows that is the key to a successful experience between builder and client. I am glad we secured another builder and getting ready to build soon!

Basic, built to code but nothing special. Kinda like a generic starter home. I would look elsewhere if you’re interested in a truly custom home. Jeff is nice.

I love how this company supports St. Jude. I’ve tour one of their homes and would love to have a house built by the company.

The homes are okay, nothing special nothing great unless you spend the extra money.
