New Colony Apartments

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Major roach infestation! It’s so many things wrong with this place it’s crazy this management needs to knock these buildings down!!! I called the office since Wednesday august 9th, 2023. It is now Tuesday August 15th and they still have not showed to fix things that we’re supposed to be fixed months ago!!!!!! My sink has been broken for over a month, it had a major leak and ruined all of my hair dryers and hair products. I was upset that time and understanding until it happened again after I just bought my blow dryer and products over AGAIN and they got ruined because the maintenance man did not replace the pipe like he was supposed to! My bathroom fan has been broken for 3 months making loud sounds all the maintenance manager did was break the fan and unplug

Stay away from this place, the walls are completely THIN you can literally hear your neighbors talk quietly, the neighborhood is dangerous, a lot of loud music at night. Cops come but don’t do nothing about it, and it floods a lot when it rains. Please be Advised!! I live here for a year. And I was happy when my lease was up. They going to fool you with the new renovation and trap you with the 1 year lease. Stay Away

Please stay away from this place. Although the apartments are being renovated and they’re coming out nice, the management is terrible. Never have I ever had to call a place so many times just to get an update on an application. Not once have they called me and I’ve had to go there in person twice to see what’s going on. The communication is terrible. They have their phone number listed and they never answer when you call. But when you go there in person, people are there. They have a security guard doing the tours (never seen that before). They have a lady at the desk that looks like she’s just there as a prop; it seems she doesn’t do much or know much of what’s going on. And please don’t get me started on being DECEIVED. I would not recommend anyone live here at all. You will risk your own chances of bad management and false maintenance men that pretends to fix issues. I had to go and assist my sister with getting help to get her apartment fixed because they would not come on her multiple attempt requests. My sister has epilepsy and has a 3 year old son and it’s not always easy to talk to them when they give her a hard time fixing the apartment. Her bathroom was leaking from upstairs and the maintenance man came to “fix” it by changing the knobs on but it never fixed because water was draining somehow behind the wall.
