When we started we were wary bc of the reviews but when we saw the quality of the homes we felt it was worth the try. Man, I’m glad we took the chance. I don’t want to discount others experiences but we did NOT feel these reviews online represented Jason and what we experienced. Jason is kind, attentive, and truly embodies what I want in a custom home builder; attention to detail, customer focused, and quality actually means something to him. I don’t need a bubbly, outgoing, person building a house for me, I need someone who gets stuff done and does it right. The things this builder does for clients is incredible. My clients are going on one year awaiting major blue tape items as well as safety hazards; the builder said he would fix within 75 days in writing. The builder is the most unprofessional builder with zero accountability and absolutely a person of no integrity. Yes, the location is fantastic, and the homes' appearance is nice, but the problems with this builder are subpar. BUYER BE AWARE of this builder. I can offer pictures and the client's account of what you will receive if you purchase with this builder.

The homes are absolutely gorgeous! However, the project manager for the Huntsville, Al area Mr. Byle has the personality God gave a rock. Mr. Byle is very flippant, does not return phone calls in a timely manner and displays a very flat/ unapproachable demeanor. Mr. Byle does not work well with outside realtors, stating that realtors are only "paper pushers" and was very rude to our contracted realtor Mr. Byle has ZERO people skills and often appeared to be irritated with questions being asked for clarification purposes. Mr. Wisda could definitely benefit from having another Building Manger with a more pleasant attitude. '25

It’s the weirdest experience ever. I called them 4 times over 2 days, and the line got connected. Once the lady on the line told me she could help me with home remodel, but then said she want to ask me a question first — it turned out to be a really weird one: would you rather fight 100 duck-size horses or 1 horse-size duck, because she and her friend got into that argument and she wanted people’s opinions. I gave her my opinion, then she kept asking follow-up weird questions. I had enough and told her that I want to refocus, but she kept ignoring me and kept on talking and talking and talking …… My other calls to their number also got connected and people on the other line also kept talking while ignoring my words.
