Zero transparency, was not upfront about required documentation. Was delayed over a month because they would not provide me with a list of what was needed to close. Not to mention the employee (Carlita) was rude from day one. Not affiliated with Navy Federal, its only named as such to seem as tho they are.

Absolutely terrible! We will never do business with them again. The seller almost backed out on us because of their screw ups. Didn't know for sure that we'd be able to close until the evening before closing. Couldn't arrange the property survey. Multiple errors on the settlement statement. Even the notary they sent didn't know what they were doing. Unbelievably incompetent.

This has been the worst title company I've ever dealt with. The entire closing process was a complete mess. I never received a HUD statement, nor did anyone contact me as one of the people that needed to release the deed for information on how I wanted my funds sent. Day of closing was told the funds would be wired same day which is typical at closing. Nope - find out today supposedly there is an issue with some additional documents they needed and met back up with part of the party after hours unbeknowst to me. It's now 48 hours later and funds still have not been received and this Jessica person was the rudest person to speak to on the phone.

This has been the worst title company I have ever experience. I have bought and sold atleast 5 different properties, and I have never seen such a screwed up closing. They never obtained a payoff statement from my mortgage company. I even sent them the payoff statement and they used the balance on my credit report instead of the actual balance. My closing was delayed a month because they were supposedly get a quit claim deed prepared. I could have ordered a standard quit claim deed and had it notarized in a week instead of waiting a month.

My husband and I just recently refinanced through Navy Federal and the process was simply outstanding! Out Settlement Processor was Rebecca O'Neill and she was so professional, took time to explain each document we received, available for any questions we had and was patient with us as we worked through the process. Her knowledge and experience were so helpful to us and we are extremely grateful for all of her efforts. As we saw the interest rates dropping early this year, we discussed refinancing and delayed as we were worried the process would be overwhelming, during an already overwhelming time. However, when we finally made the decision, Navy Federal made the process seamless and was able to get us the best interest rate! Navy Federal is a true customer service focused organization --
