Don't use them, they will try and take money from you. I asked for a deed change and they sent me documents to sign and give back to them for them to proceed with the change. After a month long of consideration I decided not to proceed and did not even signed anything to give them. I emailed asking if the refund can be exchanged since nothing has been done yet. They said they will look into it. After 4 follow up emails they still yet to respond back and took my $350 for sending over a document for me to sign. Should not have used this company in the beginning. Stay away and find another title company that works with their customers.

I highly recommend Nautica Title. I have worked with them for over 6 yrs. They have bent over backwards for my clients in all transactions. I have known Sean and worked with him for over 19 years. I trust him with my clients without a doubt . He has accommodated and closed their transactions at odd hours due to their work schedules. (11pm-2am) I don't know of any title company that would have done that. They didn't charge extra to my clients either. I have closed over 400 transactions in the last 6 years with them and NEVER had any problems with dishonesty or exorbitant fees. I have 23 years in this industry and they are definitely in my top list for top service in title service for my clients. Keep up the great work Sean and Toks

I was the listing agent on a property that closed yesterday. The buyers chose to work with Nautica Title. During the entire transaction, the team did not acknowledge or return one single email to me, including the closing instructions from my office. The did respond to me today telling giving me information that conflicted with their instructions. In this business communication is the key. The lack of professionalism here speaks volumes of how they operate. I would look elsewhere.

My review is for our recent experience dealing with Toks Oladejo at Wellington Nautica Title location. Being a buyer's agent on this transaction, we had to follow the seller's choice of the title. This is the worst title company I've dealt with in my 11 years of full time in real estate. Their services are overpriced; I had to chase them to provide an escrow letter to the parties involved; they didn't return any calls, even when promised, they are not knowledgeable at what they do! Very poor services on top of ripping off their customers!

Worst experience ever...They don't communicate in a timely manner either. The other review is spot on Update they are lying in their response I had to File a claim against them with westcor (their underwriter) for not sending the seller their proceeds From my email to their underwriter 2-11-16 We sent Nautica Title USA Wire Instructions on Monday and it is now Thursday and there is no wire.
