Muirfield Woods Apartments

I absolutely loved my time at Muirfield Woods - I was there for about 2 years, almost 3. Very understanding and responsive staff. All of my maintenance requests and concerns were addressed very quickly!! Both Jessica and Jennifer are great. I would absolutely rent from these apartments again.

I proudly gave a five star to this review with every sincerity and honesty. I wonder why people can be so mean in writing such reviews about people that served you for a period of time. I have lived in this facility for almost two years now. My experience with the management is topnotch and wonderful. The maintenance team as been spontaneous and effective in any service request i have always made. The management team is very friendly and had always pick my calls and responded to my emails every time i try to reach out within the shortest possible time. The understanding nature of management has made them wave a late payment fee due to mistake from my part and my bank. Honestly, I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. This apt is the CHEAPEST place you can find in Sterling and its in a VERY safe neighborhood. Close to Route 7, easy access to many stores and restaurants. As for the front office/management, yes I get it, they can take a long time to respond to you, but think in their shoes for a second. There are only two of them working in that office, so if your request is not urgent, it will get pushed back. Frankly, why do you have to deal with front office that much anyway.... For maintenance, it seems like an one man show. Keo is only guy around, but he will take care of your problem. I had to call him during the weekend once to fix an urgent issue. I have been a tenant for nearly a year now, and have received nothing short of great service. Although I have experienced few maintenance issues (life's typical incidentals), management has been incredibly responsive and adamant towards fixing whatever is broken (quite quickly if I may add). Perhaps I am a little more lenient than others, however I am surprised of some of the reviews I have read below. One of the best experiences I've had renting in Northern Virginia. The units are on the small side, but the price reflects that and they don't try to get you to pay for every single little thing that pops up like so many other places.
