Domenica the property manager is an absolute pleasure to work with. She sincerely cares about current and new residents that want to move in. She is thoughtful and empathetic towards any situation and will truly go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. If you are thinking of moving here, please work with Domenica and enjoy your stay. There are not a lot of managers out there that care as she does.

I’ve never encountered such blatant discrimination and unprofessionalism as I have at this apartment complex. The management is not only rude but treats tenants with complete disrespect, especially those of us who have been unfairly targeted. They clearly have no regard for basic decency or equality. Maintenance is another nightmare. Requests go ignored for weeks, and when they finally do respond, the work is subpar at best. This place is falling apart, and management does nothing to address it. They are more interested in harassing tenants than actually doing their jobs. If you value your dignity, peace of mind, and a livable home, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This complex is a disgrace.

Stopped in today for a tour (unscheduled but thought I would try). The office was open and was not greeted at all. The manager (Dominca) did not greet or say anything. She was speaking with her maintenance about what appeared to be an order. I waited ten minutes with no update or conversation to which I eventually left.I called shortly after to schedule a tour ahead of time. Dominica picked up and asked how she could help, I said I would like to schedule a tour and she hung up the phone. Very odd experience and very rude. I would not like to live somewhere where a manager would treat me like that.

Living in here for more than a year now and I can tell this is our home. Our manager has been very supportive since day 1. She deserves 5 stars, she is very kind and always has a great attitude towards us, plus she’s bilingual (my parents only communicate in Spanish, so we appreciate it).Communication with her and maintenance is always good and easy. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful.

I have lived here for 4 years and couldn’t be happier. It is very quiet, wonderful wilderness area up behind the apartments and the grounds are well maintained. The management is easy to work with and listens and quickly responds to any maintenance needs you may have.
