Recently Morningstar Properties LLC took over a campground (they have never owned one) and marina in Cincinnati, OH called Tucker's Landing and Rivertowne Marina. Raised the rent as soon as the take over and have done silly small things instead of taking care of the real problems. Docks, pot holes, trash overloaded. Heaven forbid they dump it twice a week instead of once like they used to in the beginning. I left a month ago after being there since opening (5 years) and I camped a total of 17 years so I am pretty sure I am a seasoned camped. NOW....they are being racist on making some people leave that have never given a problem in 5 years. They are allowing one section that seems to have the say so because they have a few larger rvs and they are they group that stays out uintil 2 am
