Minto Westlake Sales Center

We have been looking at Westlake since 2021, and Bonnie has been our sales representative from the very beginning. She has answered every email and text message and has been present at every meeting with us throughout the entire process. We finally purchased our home last December, and she has truly been a pleasure to work with. Bonnie is extremely knowledgeable about all Minto models and structural options, and she genuinely cares SO MUCH about her clients. She works tirelessly and is always there whenever you need her. We highly recommend her!

My family and I are having a serious problem with Minto. If you’re thinking about buying a house from this builder, think carefully about where you’re investing your $400–$600 thousand. When they’re selling to you, they’re very attentive, but when it comes to solving a problem, they laugh in your face and blame your children. We’ve been having issues with our lawn and have been bounced back and forth like a ping-pong ball — Minto says it’s the HOA’s responsibility, the HOA says it’s Minto’s, and it’s been three months with no solution. Today, a man came to look at my yard, laughed, and said the problem was my kids walking there. First of all, 60–70% of this community has children, and no one else’s yard looks like mine. We have built multiple new construction homes this builder was by far the best. Our house has been awesome any issue was addressed and fixed immediately so far. And the quality I am very happy with. As far as the previous comment about sales its that way with every new construction home where you get to make every decision down to the kind of doorknobs and trim you want. It will always cost extra to add things a base model doesn't have. We did very few upgrades and absolutely LOVE our house. Very very thankful for such honest builders that included us every step of the way. If you want a house with the price already including upgrades go next door to Lennar, you'll pay 200k more for the same size house.

We were not new to Westlake as we first bought a home in 2023 at SkyCove South. The home was too small and after dealing with the 1 person they had at the end taking care of issues I was extremely disappointed with Label and Company. They claimed that broken roof tiles were a result of gutters that I installed after we closed. The home was a ranch and the installer never walked on the roof. I sold the home and closed with Mintos this past June. My sales person Yamilet was amazing and Brenna was a doll. She was patient and gave us so many options when we were selecting the materials. We are still in love with our new home. I did have a few minor issues but my Mintos care sales Rep Marcel has been great and responsive. I have to give my builder Chris a 10 out of 10.
