Morgan in the Warranty Department at Crestwind in Westlake Florida is Fantastic. Professional, thorough, and always on top of every repair - they make living in here truly worry -free. Their attention to detail and consistent communication set them apart. And if Morgan is busy, Claire is just as helpful. Plus the office always has great coffee and bottled water!

We love our new home but our neighborhood is still under construction, and the workers aren't the cleanest around. Wish they would stop throwing their trash and chicken bones in our yard. Also wish SOMEONE (HOA or FPL) would fix our street lamp so we could have some light when we walk our dog at night!

Multiple visits to Multiple Kolter location over the last 14+ months. Cresswind has it all. They have the most models and exceptional staff. Carol has been terrific throughout the process. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable and "real". We visited a large number of communities and builders in the area and kept going back to Cresswind. Happy to say we "pulled the trigger". I went into Cresswind to look at the models because I wanted to buy a house in a 55+ community. I did and would be shown the clubhouse and 2 smaller houses that were being built the next day by the New Home Guide, Carol Barin because she had a prior appointment, so I agreed. The next day when I saw the clubhouse I was in love but the other homes were too small. As we were leaving she said, "you can bring a realtor to help you with buying your new house." I told her about me selling my house on the other side of Westlake. She mentioned something about working together with sales/buy/building. Then I left.
