Lennar at Arden

Although the neighborhood is nice, Lennar severely lacks on the quality of their product and their customer service. Some people have had to file chapter 558 filings in order to get them to correct construction deficiencies. I have now been dealing with them for over 4 years seriously doubt I would ever do business with this company again. This is my second and last Lennar home ever. 4 years of the lies, 4 years of the really poor work or no shows, 4 years of countless miss days of work waiting for nobody to show up. 4 years of aggravation, 4 years of damages to my personal property and my home while their workers were careless, etc.

I will never give a rating of one to any location except for this one who earned it. They use the most extremely deceptive marketing practices and literally sell to family homes a single family homes just attached at the seam lol. This place is so far out you got no clue and there's so much traffic because the two lane road has one lane closed because of the construction to make it bigger and this is a disaster to get to and when you get there there are literally 1700 homes lined up for miles and as far as you can see and no matter what they offer you it's not worth living there and I must say the people that work there are rude and that is before you purchase I can't imagine how rude they are after you purchase and especially after they move out of this development the last few homes are

Beatiful houses very well designed, they have a mix of luxury and comfort that is to die for. Still under construction some areas like the pool and the comunity Farm. The prices are high but is worth it and very competitive in the market for all that they offer. Perfect place to escape from the city madness and raise your kids in a natural and green enviroment. Close to Wellington. The pool project is a dream is resort style with waterfall included!!! Recomended: The Chelsea model. They have open houses for people to view.

My experience with Lennar Homes has been disappointing. While they market themselves as a high-end builder, the quality of construction does not meet those expectations. We purchased a $1 million home on the lake in Arden, and I regret that decision. After our home inspection, several issues were identified, and I was particularly concerned by Lennar's policy that restricts access to the attic and roof during inspections. Despite these concerns, we proceeded with the purchase at my wife’s insistence. However, as we settled in, numerous imperfections became apparent, reflecting a lack of attention to quality. Although Lennar has addressed some issues, their overall quality control remains inadequate. I cannot recommend purchasing a home from them until they improve their standards. While

Worst quality home they build and their customer service is not willing to take care of the issue. Must inspect the house before purchase. I have done inspection before the home warranty expired and the customer service tend to blame the inspector. Cheap materials, worst dry wall, can't stick anything on the wall, little water damages the cabinet you name it.
