Tom and Scott were very diligent and worked tirelessly for us. Tom showed us over 30 properties and had detailed paperwork for all the properties that we saw. He was good getting us into units at the last minute. Tom was persistent in helping us locate a place that met our needs. Scott hung in through some touchy negotiations and informed us as to bidding techniques. We had problems with the deed at the initial bid and Scott identified the issue and pointed out the options to the mortgage company and us. Scott spent 7 months pursuing the owner's mortgage company to rectify split deed situation. His diligence brought the matter to a successful close.
