We fell in love with the lakes, Barn, and what we originally saw. It’s looked nice and peaceful. We just bought in February, 2026. We all need to get together and attend the HOA meetings to understand why the following items are not getting addressed: (1) gorgeous pathways hardly have any lights and it seems very dangerous for anyone to walk. (2) 90% of all the common grass are brown. (3) main road which is Arden is missing lighting. It is almost impossible to see and God forbid some kid gets hit because they are walking or riding a bike (4) why are there RVs on the driveway? (5) why are there so many cars blocking the sidewalks of the driveway? (6) I also noticed the people working at the main gate don’t scan bar codes for guests. I was given a bar code to get in during the purchase

#1 The lighting that showcases the lake and the perimeter road around the lake is almost decent but, not great. However, when you actually turn onto a residential road there is almost zero lighting. Almost pitch black so have fun driving down street and not hitting a car or even worse a child on bike that decided it would be a good idea to drive a bike at night with no lighting. #2 This is NO LONGER a community of families, neighbors, and home owners, it is now wide open to Section 8 and renters that are putting more than one family in a house which is AGAINST FIRE CODES. #3 The community HOA is doing NOTHING about lawns that are OVERGROWN AND FULL OF WEEDS. #4 Children and young teens are riding GAS POWERED bikes (yep, not electric) all over the lawns next to the REALLY NICE HOA COMMUNITY

Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme anger and concern regarding an incident involving my 13-year-old son and one of your security guards. What occurred is completely unacceptable. my son was using the hot tub when a female security guard confronted him in an aggressive and intimidating manner. Despite my son being a minor, she threatened to have him arrested. Threatening a 13-year-old child with arrest is reckless, inappropriate, and deeply disturbing. This behavior crossed a serious line. My son was not acting disrespectfully, violently, or dangerously. There was absolutely no justification for using intimidation tactics or making threats toward a child. If there was a concern, the correct action would have been to calmly address the situation or contact a parent or gua

DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE. I WAS REMOVED FROM THE JACUZZI THAT I PAY FEES FOR TOO!!! AT EARLY HOURS OF THE AFTERNOON A OLD WOMAN SECURITY (WHO SHOWED 0 CLASS) REMOVED ME FROM THE JACUZZI AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. ARDEN HAS AWFUL SECURITY AND THEY NEED TO TAKE A CLASS ON DECENCY AND RESPECT. WHERE IS THE CLASS NOWADAYS!!????? ITS UNBELIEVABLE AND THEY THINK THEY OWN THE JACUZZI!!!??? I PAY TOO!

I live here! It’s beautiful, I love the walking trails around the lakes. I enjoy going the gym at the clubhouse. I go to the pool in the springs & summer. Great neighborhood, lots of friendly people here! Great place to make friends!
