It is very difficult to find the sales office/models due to no directional signs in the complex. Sales staff was helpful. The seven models are self guided and worth seeing. Lots of options can drive the price way up. Cresswind is somewhat remote. A significant distance from the Wellington Mall and WPB. It's worth the trip to assess lifestyle options.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They screwed my parents out of their dream home. The worst experience of my parent’s lives. They are the biggest scam organization going. Trust me my parent's story will be told one day. Until then, I will make sure that anyone out there who is considering moving here, doesn’t. What seemed so promising is an actual coverup to their bootleg operation they have going on. My parents are two hard working people who raised their four kids and sold their first home of over 30 years to start the next chapter of their lives. Unfortunately, Kolter Homes took my parent’s dream home away from them to sell it for money to another couple. Just know they don’t care about you and are only looking to fill their pockets with their scam of an operation

Lovely Sales office with 10 designer furnished and decorated models. Also a design center on premises to choose finishes and upgrades. Salesperson Cassandra is Awesome...knowledgeable, kind, and super-patient with questions. Go check out Cresswind Palm Beach in Westlake (the newest community west of West Palm Beach !)
