Worst rental experience ever! I’ve been living in this apartment since January, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property is poorly managed, maintenance issues are ignored, and the landlord consistently fails to take responsibility for basic obligations. Despite repeatedly reporting a serious pest problem, management has done absolutely nothing to address it. I’ve now been forced to hire my own pest control company just to make the unit livable — something that should never fall on a tenant. On top of that, the apartment has major temperature control issues: the living room stays unbearably hot while the bedroom remains cold, making the space uncomfortable year-round. The apartments are very nice. A new owner has taken over the property. With new maintenance crew and the grass has been cut every month. Trash in the parking lot are people throwing on the ground instead of on the trash. “Laziness” The app and or website has stop taking payments through the site. Due to change in management. However, getting a money order to pay rent is easy and keeps a roof over your head. The rental office Is always open Monday-Friday. I will say the laundry room needs an update and sometimes the trash looks bad. Sometimes it’s the tenants who throw trash everywhere, but directly in the dumpsters provided. Great place to live. I thought this was a good place to live but I was sadly mistaken. The office lady is rude and don’t care how the tenants are treated. The first red flag is the way the rent office looks and she is never there! The upkeep of the property and apartments are HORRIBLE!! They don’t cut the grass, bushes, and stuff is falling from the building or growing up it. The carpets in the apartments are the CHEAPEST I have ever seen. They don’t have pest control or maintenance!! How to you operate apartments with no maintenance workers! They just don’t care and it shows. Come take a look for yourself.

Do not rent from this place!!! The apartments are infested with roaches, maintenance barely do their job, and the outside trash area is ridiculous. The washing machines and dryers on site take your money, and you have to leave with drenched clothes because they don't cycle or dry properly. It's horrible, I would not recommend. I refused to pay them rent!

I have been living here for 8 years and enjoyed the quiteness but the property has recently gone downhill within the last year or so. The grounds are not kept as they were in the past, especially around the garbage area. This is my first time in 8 years seeing roaches on the premises. There is an on-site laundry room but it's never cleaned and the machines are ALWAYS out of order. There used to be assigned tenant and visitor parking but they repaved the lot without identifying designated parking and now it's a free for all. Lastly, the communication isn't the greatest. They make major changes without notice to the tenants.
