Midland Terrace Apartments

I really enjoy this apartment complex. The women who run it are very timely with any maintenance requests and the main things people do. Such a good job of getting to it as fast as they can. The expectations are clear and professional. The neighborhood is safe and they do a great job of keeping up with the grounds. It's a beautiful place to go on walks and it's usually pretty quiet. For the most part, there is not any smells except occasionally, but it is often taken care of right away. They do have a pool and a fitness center. Pretty minimal but decent this is my first apartment building so I really enjoy it and felt very safe. Oh I will say park in the visitor parking usually 3 spots each lot. if you have a friend that lives here or else your car will get towed once again. This is good f

Midland Terrace Apartments are really nice! Very well built and appointed, close to shopping, and very quiet. Management is superb. I recommend living here.

We have lived here for two years and couldn't be happier with our experience. Amber and Marissa are fantastic- they care about their tenants and are always helpful and timely. The gym is nice and well-maintained. The maintenance workers are very nice. The apartments have thick and sturdy walls- you can only really hear people in the hallways. We haven't had any issues in our time living here. My only wish is that the laundry machines took other forms of payment outside of quarters. I feel very safe and secure in our building- it is a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Considering the age of the place and lack of amenities, their rules for qualifying are delusional. We paid four hundred more a month than here and lived at our former place for 21 years with a perfect rent history and told by management that if accepted we would need a co signer since we don't make three times the rent in income and considered a risk. What? Also told by management that they could care less about rent history and all they care about is three times the rent. This might be a surprise, but just because someone has money, that doesn't mean they pay their bills. Also told that any bankruptcy even years back is automatically denied. Marissa and Amber are the best property managers I've ever had. They have helped me many times. I have been here 2 years and it's a wonderful community. Would recommend to anyone.
