Loden SV

Loden SV has been a very comfortable place to live the last 1 1/2 years! The building and individual apartments are very well maintained. Staff members are helpful and friendly. The amenities are great. We have access to many restaurants and retail businesses close by. Monthly social events are planned in order to promote community interaction. It’s a nice place to call home!

I’ve had a great experience living at Loden SV so far. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents, which makes a big difference day to day. The amenities are excellent and always well maintained, and the overall quality of the apartments and common areas really stands out. Everything feels clean, modern, and well managed, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. I have lived at Loden SV for about 4 months and have enjoyed my time here. The amenities are nice and I am excited to use the outdoor amenities this summer. The location is convenient with Target, YMCA, Cub Foods, food, and more all down Lexington. When I have asked staff questions or needed maintenance to come by the people I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. One inconvenience about the apartment complex is parking options, especially for overnight guests, however I haven’t had issues with guests receiving parking tickets for parking overnight on the street. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to move here and have recommended this place to friends who are looking for housing.

Have been a resident here for about 9 months and it has been a very good place to call home. Charles and the rest of the building staff are responsive and friendly, the community is welcoming but not overbearing, the amenities are high quality, and the location is conducive to a wide range of lifestyle priorities. Might seem a bit pricey compared to other options, but the value added is a fair return.

I lived at Loden Sv when it first opened… it was an amazing experience! To have common areas like it does and amenities is just the beginning. It’s close to everything! You can be in Uptown, or the north loop in minutes. Everything you need is within walking distance and living in this area gives you an amazing small town feel. Loden SV is like its own cool little town. The apartments have focused on all the areas that really matter - great kitchens huge bathrooms plenty of cabinets and storage. I moved from Loden after a year and did the whole nice house route… didn’t like it. My garage was freezing, the mail was outside along with the trash I lost all the amenities and small town feel. As soon as I had the chance I moved back and have no plans of ever leaving. I’ve been back for ov
