Aloma

I’ve been living here for a bit, and overall, it’s a 4/5 experience. There are a lot of great perks, but a few small areas that could use some modernization to really hit that 5-star mark. The Highlights: - Amenities: The gym is well-maintained, and I love the "Little Free Library" touch. Having a snack room on-site is super convenient. - Parking: The guest parking across the street is a huge plus—it’s much easier for visitors. - Vibe: Generally a nice place to live with good common spaces. Areas for Improvement: - Tech & Maintenance: The thermostats feel a bit dated compared to the smart tech in many modern builds (I had a Nest thermostat in my previous place, and that was installed almost 8 years ago). We’ve had a really great experience at Aloma. John, the property manager, was awesome to work with and helped us through the signing process and a lot of little details to make everything easy. The building feels really safe, it is always clean, and the gym is perfect if you are trying to get into shape. The small resident market is also super convenient for snacks late at night… like Ben & Jerry’s :) It’s also really close to Trader Joe’s and Target which makes errands simple. Overall we are really happy here and would definitely recommend it.

Aloma and it's staff have been exceptional. Having been here for almost a year and moving units within the building, I can attest to the luxury living at this apartment, the amenities are truly worth the money and the units are beautiful and modern in their design. John G. and Tamela M. have been both amazing in their roles, always there to answer questions and be of assistance whenever something comes up. Friendly and welcoming neighbors help make this community a great place for anyone to call home.

Aloma has been a great apartment for my husband and I! We love the amenities; gym, heated parking, and dog grooming area. We also love the location, lots of great parks close by and very close to some grocery stores. The management is great as well, Tamela is amazing!

Aloma is pricy but great. The staff are professional, friendly, and promptly address any work orders. It was easy to move in. I have had no issues with noise. They are welcoming to my cat and dog. I love the gym and the sauna. Five stars!
