The 85 at Midland Terrace

absolutely loved my time here (2 yrs)!! Nicole, the property manager, is truly the BEST. She has been amazing to work with, replies quickly and truly cares about the residents! The building itself is kept very clean! The location of the building is awesome, too! It’s next to all the major shopping/food - plus Island Lake County Park is beautiful to walk year round! I’ve always felt very safe/secure & never had any issues with my packages, either! The apartments themselves are super updated, have tons of storage, tons of natural light from the big windows & I loved living on the lake facing side! The only fall back to this building is the lack of amenities - however, if you’re mainly looking for comfort, peace and quiet - this is the building for you! I appreciated my time here SO much

My lease is ending after 2 amazing years here. I'm sad to leave, but want to commend Nicole, the property manager, for going above and beyond for the tenants and for being a kind and caring human being. The apartments are always clean and very quiet, and I've never felt unsafe here.

From the start, our property manager, Nicole, has been incredibly helpful and kind. She always goes out of her way to assist us whenever needed. For me, nothing is more important than having a safe and secure place to stay at home. Our apartment provides the safety and security our families need. Home is a starting place for love, hope, and dreams. So, you can choose the 85 Midland Terrace for your own home.

Sadly, we are leaving after 2 years (Moving due to work relocation). This place is 10/10 all around. Nicole is incredible and we will miss her! I'd highly recommend this place. 🩷

I'm delighted with the 85 at Midland Terrace. I moved here late last year after leaving an older Midland Terrace apartment. I like the modern feel and architecture of the 85. This is the most luxurious apartment I've ever lived in: the kitchen is so spacious with new appliances, quality countertops, beautiful cupboards and nice floors. I especially love my backyard which faces the lake. I wake up to nature - birds, geese, even deer in my backyard! I can't imagine a safer or better location than this one in Shoreview. I live 1-2 minutes from my part-time job and enjoy close access to numerous stores and restaurants. Nicole, the property manager, is very kind. Also Donald and the cleaning crew do a fantastic job!
