The Edison at Rice Creek I and II

Honestly love this place so much. The on site staff team put so much care into making everyone feel so safe and comfortable. From a vast array of food trucks to theme game nights to book clubs, and more. And the grounds staff being out at like 2/3am clearing snow from the walkways leading to our front doors (carriage homes but I’m sure townhomes too), like what?! I’ve been here just under 3 years and have no plans on leaving anytime soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible place to live in. The management does not care about people here. I complained multiple times about dog noises keeping me and my family from sleeping in the morning for months. They never did anything about it. They finally agreed to transfer my unit somewhere else and out of nowhere they denied it because I got a noise complaint! Cathy didn’t notify me until the day I was supposed to move that my transfer was’nt approved after falsely keeping my hopes up that the transfer would be complete. I was already packed and ready to go to the new unit and on top of that I requested off work and lost money there too. I also found out that they rented the unit I had already signed on to someone else without telling me absolutely nothing! Sounds very fishy but that’s just how they work here

Maintenance is so immediate and on-demand that it sometimes feels like we have our own personal maintenance team. They are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They’re always happy to answer questions which I love because I want to be able to fix things myself once I own my own house someday.

Lived here for 4 years. On-site staff are wonderful. Honestly can't say enough good things about Cathy and Maryna. Maintenance are prompt and friendly as well. Facilities are great. Clean place to live. The only issue is the new management company is not as easy to deal with and utility billing was extremely confusing and never did get worked out completely after months. However it is a clean and safe place in my experience.

I and my son love love this place. Safest , most enjoyable place for families. We're so glad to call The Edison our home. It's very well maintained and a beautiful place.
