Lakeview Terrace Apartments

Great place to live. Clean, well managed, well maintained. The pond side is especially awesome, with lots of great wildlife. Building manager is friendly and always happy to help. There's a surprising number of kids in the building, but they're generally pretty cool.

We have been here 4 years and loved every moment. Quiet building and always very well maintained. Theresa is so professional and she truly cares about the building and the tenants. We plan on being here for years to come. Great place to call home!

I am very much enjoying my stay at Lakeview Terrace apartment, in last 1 year. I came from a different country, and during pandemic times, the apartment and anything related to that was the most important thing for me, as I am working from home all the time. The Apartments are definitely an upgrade compare to any of the nearby apartments, with respect to size, facilities, security and quality being much better. Kitchen and bath are well constructed, closet area is big, washer\dryer units are within apartment and most of the backside apartments have a better and nice lake view. Most important, the people are nice, and connected. The apartment has underground heated parking which is secure and I realized the best use of it during winters. I have lived here for almost 3 years. Very quiet, great management, clean and a great value for the area. There are very few open apartments for a reason...

What else can I say of how happy I am to be in this community. Theresa has to be one of the best landlords I've ever had! Very professional staff too. If I ever had issues, Theresa would help me resolve them instantly instead of waiting a week or two for a reply. She's really made me feel like this is my second home.
