MHR Management is most unprofessional. We have been without consistent hot water since December 16, 2025, and currently have NOT had hot water since Tuesday, December 31st and none on the first day of the new year 2026! They have not responded in the past 24 hours, and do not care.

These people are SLUM LORDS I been waiting for them to fix the ceiling of my bathroom for several months amongst other repairs. If you have the choice I would suggest you avoid these people at all cost and find a more PROFESSIONAL rental company.

Everything stated here is true and as you can see they don’t even respond because they know they have done nothing to rectify. They have unclean pest infested building nasty hallways nasty dirty landlords. I watched him bring a dirty smelly mop into the hallway after I called complaining it was dirty. Didn’t sweep it just mopped off days of dust dead roaches and filth and cussed me out for the report. I have mold in my bathroom my son has been sick with bronchitis twice since moving here. Unwanted pest coming directly from the outside of their filthy hallways. Sending notices last minute to do halfway fixes to no avail. This is the nastiest place you can ever rent from. Having to take a building to housing court for basic cleanliness allotted to the tenants is wild. Not to mention my stove

62 Warburton Ave in yonkers ny. THEY DO NO CLEAN THE BUILDINGS! This floor has been this dirty for over a MONTH! If you are looking to apply to one of these apartments just know you will be living in a dirty and disease infected building. I’m in the process of making a complaint to the city of Yonkers, because I called to make the complaint and nothing has been done. They just want to get paid and not do their job.

Very unprofessional, don't hire professionals so jobs are done incomplete or poorly. They don't screen tenants and just place anybody to live in buildings. They put drug dealers, tenant harassers and fighters in building around good decent folks. Tenants have nobody to complain to that actually cares. Staff is racist. Somebody has stolen my mop, broom and dustpan from in front of my door. They only good thing is rent is subsidy. They play favortism.
