This place is absolutely terrible They don't care about the families and individuals that stay here They don't fix the washing machines, some have been broken for almost a year now. They don't care about security or cleanliness. The cameras don't work They don't have any active security guards People are constantly leaving doors open or unlocked for unknown people to come into the complex. Many times homeless people have broken in and damaged the complex. They give you 12-24 hour notice of any maintenance or inconveniences to the complex. They have bugs that they poorly attempt to exterminate They have units they haven't cleaned out in a year due to a fire , they let old food and wet moldy clothes sit for a year. They basically breed the roach infestation and put blame on the families "lac

I have been chased by dogs, when I first moved in I had a issue with my neighbors cat! Kept coming on my balcony and I have been injured by the old windows in this unit, almost had to get stitches and management has not shown no concern these are just greedy ppl that only see dollar signs! After the argument that I had Friday night with a tenant about her dog running up on me and not being on a leash, I'm not about to be fighting about no dog and they owner not following the apartment policy!

I’m getting more and more disappointed in these apts Washer broke for 3 months Webs all over stairs and railing “They say”. Gonna paint building now for almost a year Laundry rooms filthy Walkways dirty Feels like living in a dog park at times, and I love dogs

Love my little place. Super cute and very well kept.

WORST place to live.
