Meadowrun Apartments

While living at Meadowrun Apartments, I have experienced nothing but an enjoyable time. It is closely located to Wright State University, which makes everything really convenient being a student. The office staff is friendly and welcoming every time I come to the office. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, which were minimal. Maintenance fixed it within the same day. I highly recommend this apartment community for anyone in this area. I am looking forward to renewing for another year!

The place itself is generally calm and quiet, and most of the people living here are decent. However, there is a roach problem, and there is a good chance they might charge you for it when you move out. The pest control person comes almost every other week and says he is taking care of it, but it does not really make much difference. The gym is good. Dryers dont work well for years and still has not been fixed. The AC units in apartments are very old and barely cools during the summer, and the electricity bills are high in both summer and winter, likely because the systems are not very efficient.There are plenty of apartments nearby with central AC and newer amenities, so it is worth checking those out.

I don't just want to say I had a bad experience living here so I want to give both pros and cons as a Wright State student living here. For context I have lived here for one year (Feb 25) and are moving later this month. Pros: 1. If you dont have a car there is a Meijer in walking distance and Wright is also within walking distance 2. I cannot speak for other buildings but the walls are thick and you cannot hear your neighbors 3. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix issues, I had a ceiling leak and they were there within 24 hours 4. Online rent payment through RentCafe 5. On site gym and pool (pool is seasonal) Cons: 1. Management is very slow to respond to anything they deem unimportant. Unless you repeatedly call or email you likely will not get a reply. 2. Our apartment was not given t

Meadow Run has such a welcoming atmosphere and an amazing staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and appreciated. Stacee was especially inviting, friendly, and helpful—she truly made the experience great. Highly recommend Meadow Run if you’re looking for a place that feels like home!

I just want to state that it has really been very pleasant since I’ve moved in the office. People are so wonderful so pleasant has been so helpful to me and My Husband and I really appreciate them and I appreciate you too and the apartment just flow so nice they done a very good job in welcoming us to our new home. Stacee is just a God sent and Devada is just an angel. I love them already. They’re so nice and the Customer Service is superb I love it. I would not want to be anywhere else.
