Horrible Experience. I’ve leased an apartment here since October 2025. I have been sick for months, so have my children. COCK ROACHES BLACK MOLD IN MY ONE YEAR OLDS WINDOW SEAL, MASTER CLOSET AND BATH ONION SMELL TO PLUMBING UNFINISHED GUEST BATHROOM LEASING AGENT WAS A SCAM, POCKETING RENT WITHOUT LEASE PAPERWORK AND NOT TELLING ANYONE THEY NEED NES ELECTRIC NONWORKING REFRIGERATOR FROM 10-09-2025/11-12/2025 NONWORKING SHOWER FOR ALMOST 4 WEEKS IN NOV/DEC I had to spend so much money DAILY for over a month, on food because I couldn’t use my fridge it literally didn’t get cold. Had to spend money on hotels for showers!!! Our new leasing agent had created a FALSE maintenance request a few days ago, to have access to my apartment. I was struggling to find an affordable apartment, so I stopped by. Ms. Stephanie was sent from heaven. Once we met, her presence and determination was out of this world. She was determined to help my kids and I find a place we could call home. Now, my kids and I love it here. Thank you so much for all the love, support, encouragement, and hard work that you do. ❤️

I have had an absolute wonderful experience living here, The lovely lady in the office, Mrs. Tori has been nothing but kind, respectful, prompt and an overall wonder to be around! This facility has been absolutely transformed ever since she has came around! It is a beautiful, peaceful and loving community now.

I stopped by to inquire about an apartment today, and even though Mrs. Tori looked so very busy, she stopped everything she was doing to make me feel like a priority. She gave me more than enough information and was very professional. Not only did she make me feel welcome, she was kind, sweet, and so very respectful.

This apartment complex has an easy application process , very comfortable and clean . The property manager Ms. Stephanie is absolutely amazing she was very patient , very knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to speak and work with . Thank you meadow creek for this great experience!
