We have been moved in for over 3 months. They told us they had a list of things that need to be fixed. They knew of these repairs before we moved in. They have not fixed anything. The stairs from the deck are about to fall off of the deck. The gutters are falling off the house. There is mold in the basement. The carpet should have been replaced 5 years ago. When I called and asked when they would be done the office manager Kim started yelling at me and said she was done with me and she would not take my calls. She was acting like a 3 year old. All I want is what was promised. I now have the county working with me to get this fixed but Kim will not take his calls either. I think others that work there are well meaning but Kim should not be in this business. Update,,, New Management is a jok

Management failed to forward a delinquent HOA payment notice to me resulting in large legal fees. I cancelled my service and it took two months for them to communicate with the new management company. I have been waiting for three months for my last month's rent and a final accounting of the repair reserve.

I have been a tenant for almost five years. I take care of the property as if it were my own, and I have never been late on a payment. The owner of the property himself is polite and professional, but the Moss Property Management Company that I have to deal with for rent payment and periodic maintenance issues is as unprofessional, rude, and condescending as any business I've ever dealt with. It's completely unnecessary and is creating a strong incentive for me to move simply so I don't have to deal with them any more. The owner and I will both lose out on what is otherwise a very good business relationship; it's very unfortunate.

Not really happy. I pondered on this for a while. I rented a new home in Pasadena. Home was built but the military family had to move. I moved in Nov 2014 and stayed until July 2015. Three weeks after I moved in someone ran into the fence - it was NEVER fixed. I sent and called Dee Collins several times. She stated that the owner's were waiting on their insurance check. I stated that, I own rental property as well and my duty is to pay for the fix and collect any insurance on the back end. It was never fixed during my lease. Two months after I moved in, my washer stopped working. I called Dee. I took off work twice to which the handyman didn't show up. Finally, the third time, the handyman came, he said it needed some part, he never came back to put the part in. Dee Collins, apologized but

So far I’ve been with them as a landlord for 4 years. Ive had great tenants and they are very selective with who they’ve let in. My property also rented within days when I first listed as well when I had a turnover.
