Mayfair Reserve

I’ve been living here for two years, and the residential experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel truly at home. From the very first day I moved in, the property manager, Tera, was incredibly accommodating handling all leasing logistics in record timing and even staying past office hours to ensure I was fully set up. At the front desk, Ashlee is truly the heart of the entire apartment community. She truly cares about all the residents and makes you feel like you always have a family member in the building. Then there's the maintenance guys and sweetest custodial lady who are the MVPs keeping this building standing and keep every unit in perfect condition all year round (aumenten el sueldo a la señora!!).

So far, I’ve loved my experience living here! Everyone has been very welcoming and helpful, and communication has been quick. They were flexible with tour times, and Ashlee has been great to work with. Everything is super clean, and the amenities are really nice!

I lived at Mayfair Reserve for 2 years and I loved my time in the apartment. Coffee machine was out of order often but the apartment’s close proximity to day-to-day essentials made life easier. The newly installed car wash is super helpful. The game room has seen many life events. The leasing staff is pretty helpful and friendly, especially Ashlee.

This was my first apartment (1br/1ba) after I moved to Milwaukee/Wauwatosa, and lived there for 3 years. From the moment I got to the lobby for the tour, I felt this 'home' sensation and felt pretty comfortable. After learning about the monthly rent, it was a no-brainer for me given the quality of the apartments and amenities. Tera (the property manager) was really kind from the very first moment, and while I was living there she was really attentive and helpful. Same goes to Ashlee, one of the associates of the complex. She was really sweet, supportive and attentive to any inquiries I had. The management definitely gets 5/5 stars, the response from them for any inquiry was almost immediate. Unfortunately, after 3 years I had to move to a bigger place since I was running out of space, but

This is my second time living at the Mayfair Reserve. Love living here and we’ve lived in multiple units, including the smallest unit and one of the largest, all are great options depending on the space you need, even the smallest unit is a great size! The property manager, Tera, always helps us with all our questions, no complaints at all.
