Marymount Manor & Tower Apartments

The service is terrible in every way. Utilities are increasing every month. The apartment doesn't have meters for each room, but they take the bill for the whole building and divide it by each room without us knowing the real cost. There are only 3 of us in my room but the bill is increasing by 400+ per month which is very expensive. They are not professional. They can't ask for help. Their packages keep getting lost and they don't care and they don't turn on the security cameras. Run away. I'm praying that my 1 year contract will end soon because I want to move out.

Rosio was so sweet, helpful, and patient. It seems that the new ownership is going to be a great improvement for the old buildings. The inside of the apartments were well maintained and spacious.

Horrible management they don’t answer the phone. I have sent them cards and messages about a leak in the bathroom they don’t respond. Mold is forming in the bathroom. The manager for the apartments has a horrible attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. They rather do maintenance on the outside instead of inside of the apartments.

This is the best management ever 👏 🙌🏼 they resolved the problems in lest them 24 hours Now they have a janitorial service 7 days , good
