Only been here a few months. Traffic is turrible- but that’s on JZI and Charleston County. Pool, drag my yak to a creek in 30 steps or less. Nice view. Can be a tetch noisy - but I actually love listening to the trains off in the distance…

Love living here, minutes from the Greenway and Stono River Park. Easy to get to Kiawah Beachwalker Park without sitting in traffic. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and virtually no car traffic. Dog friendly. Lots of wild life, especially great for bird watching. Outdoor space with decks and well maintained pool. Quick trip to MUSC campus but more affordable than other locations. Not far from Low Tide Brewing and Wild Olive. Publix and Walmart are short drives.

Trashy neighborhood. Poor pathetic construction. All the roofs leak. People can’t sell fast enough as HOA/Insurance almost $$$$ a month. Fees keep rising. Traffic a nightmare, they will Tow anyone’s car to have a revenue stream. Be warned.

Interesting reviews. I have lived here for over 6 months and it has been a great decision to buy into the community. Great value based on the community having access to a Marsh that is a tributary to the Stono River. We looked at many townhome communities in and around Charleston, and I was very impressed with the quality of work by AW. So far we have had a couple of minor issues, and both times the AW was responsive and the issues were resolved in a timely manner. We are really happy with our new neighbors, parking is an issue for some, but I think that will be addressed in the future. My only hope is that AW completes a walking trail around the Marsh and adds a Landing or Boat Launch. Both would be HUGE selling points for the community!

I went to visit a friend who just bought a house here. Car got towed in less than two hours. Towing company is unprofessional as well. My friends who lives here are strongly regretting their purchase. Do not move here if you have any friends, or if you ever plan to even have grandma over. Because they will tow you relentlessly. And to do this in the middle of a pandemic causing job loss... truly disgusting. Don’t buy a house here
