Malden Towers

Great location, right next to the station, market, YMCA, library, and other amenities. The convenience is a big plus. However, management is often unavailable, and many of the issues residents face seem to stem from this. With more responsive and consistent management, the overall living experience could be significantly improved.

I just moved in here a few months ago. Let me say the property manager here is the nicest you'll find anywhere! Every building has its issues with everything no matter where you go. Residents come from all different walks of life so there's no controlling EVERYTHING. To me it's the property manager that makes a huge difference. The maintenance are great and also agree! We all should be greatful for her! She's awesome and I hope she stays. THANK YOU SOMA!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this property management team. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The building is constantly being cleaned and well-maintained, which really shows their commitment to quality. What impressed me most is how quickly they respond to any requests—follow-up is immediate, and they go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. I really would like to give Soma a shout out as well. She has been lovely and a great help. Highly recommend!

So called "luxury apartments" I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't know where to start. They are driving the rent up by 30-50% but amenities are still the same and issues still persist. Security is still non-existent, packages still get stolen. (They have installed cameras everywhere, so hopes for improvement) No enforcement for parking rules. Severe roaches and mouse infestation (Seen pest control visiting, doesn't seem to be effective). A/C barely cools the apartment, on a day that is warmer than 75, it won't function at all Kids are always playing and running in the passage. Tennis court is a joke, surface is ruined, weeds growing on the cracks, net is just a loose wire across the court which is used for anything but tennis. Washers and dryers are decades old, broken half of the time. The

Very poor management. Building infested by mice and cockroaches. Bad smell they only clean when there is inspection coming. No maintenance at all in the unit. No safety, no security. No security for car parking as well. Anyone can enter the building, most of the time main door is broken. Serious health and hygiene issue Never change/clean AC filter. Never change chimney filter. Very old appliances in units. Aging pipes causing water leaks continuously.
