Arrive Malden

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the management regarding my security deposit has been extremely frustrating. I moved out in August 2025, yet despite multiple follow-up emails over the past several months, I still have not received my deposit check. It has now been nearly half a year, which is very concerning. The lack of communication and the prolonged delay in resolving what should be a straightforward issue have been disappointing. Returning a tenant’s security deposit should be a basic and timely process. I hope the management can improve their responsiveness and handle deposit refunds more professionally in the future.

Both of the new managers with the new owners, Kristen and Tyler, are wonderful. Both are very polite when you go to the office and are educated on how to help and seem to care to handle things and make us happy. Things are actually getting done, the building has security, the cleaners are better and taking care of common spaces, and you see both mangers walking the grounds and making sure it’s clean and ready for all of us residents. The office is also always open which was definitely a problem with the previous owners. Highly recommend checking this place out now that it’s under new ownership. Also, the apartments themselves are really big, so if you need space, I’d check this place out.

NEVER PARK HERE! A radically cruel experience. With the building under new management, don't expect to be able to visit your friends at Arrive Malden without intense anxiety and being hypervigilant of the time. I tried to add more time to my visit, but the QR code on the parking lot upper level wasn't allowing me to add more. I paid $13.85 for 3 hours, and by exceeding 32 minutes, the PRRS parking facility is charging me $55. It costs $155/mo. to park here as a resident. I provided the parking company this exact screenshot evidence of my attempt to pay more, and they denied my dispute with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even during the winter months, the property is well cared for. Snow removal, maintenance, and office communication have all been great. Appreciating the improvements from the new management team.

Really unpleasant tour experience while we are visiting this apartment. The property management company clearly live in their comfort zone for too long and didn’t know how fierce the market competition is. Unprofessional and rude service. As someone who is working in the industry, this asset has nothing good beside its location. Absolutely disappointing
