Tom and Emily are a great team and continue to help me a lot with condo rental management! Tom has a good pulse on the market and will handle advertising and unit photography, has a great understanding of the rental paperwork process, is able to do maintenance and help to find contractors for larger projects, and charges a very reasonable management fee. Emily helped me out a lot with paperwork and handling the distribution of keys as well. I highly recommend their services if you prefer to be more hands off or need more guidance when it comes to renting out a property.
