Quarrystone at Overlook Ridge

Mylihn was very nice and helpful. She was attentive and friendly. I really liked her energy. I won't be renting here, however, because I was discouraged by the added costs. I was frustrated that you have to pay for parking (when they have a big parking lot), heat and hot water, electric, and storage. I was also concerned that after 14 months, the rent would increase too much to continue to live there. There is a special right now offering 2 months free rent if you sign by 12/31/25. What happens after your lease is up? You get a deal now but what about later? The rent could increase over $300. I loved the community and the amenities, but thought the apt space was tight. I lived in a Winn residence before, and maintenance was stellar, but the office staff was awful. Wishing I could live he

Be living here for 9 years it is the best apartment residence I have ever lived at. The management is wonderful very helpful with anything you would ever need. They are always available for any questions you may have. Mylihn and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always help out with everything you need. I will never leave this building we love it here.

Living at Quarrystone- Overlook Ridge has been a very good experience, our apartment was spacious with plenty of light. The maintenance personnel attended promptly any problem we could have. Our garage was covered which was a plus during the winter time. The building provided amenities like a Lounge for events, work stations and conference room very useful for people who work from home. They have dog park, pet grooming station and paths to walk your furry friends. We never used it but they have as well a shuttle to take you the nearest train station in the morning and back to the building in the afternoon. We visited several buildings before deciding to rent here and we found it to be affordable and with all of these services.

I recently toured several apartments with Mylinh, and it was a great experience. The building and surrounding area are excellent, and Mylinh was warm, friendly, and very informative. She provided all the details we needed and made the tour very smooth. Highly recommended!
