Malden Square Apartments

I have had the pleasure of calling this apartment home, and it has been an exceptionally cozy and comfortable place to live. A significant part of this positive experience is due to the outstanding community manager, Ms. Rosario and leasing consultant Ms. Anelis. They are the definition of responsive and caring property managers. Their support has been a constant throughout my tenancy. From their invaluable list of local recommendations when I first moved in, to their always-professional communication and ample notice for maintenance, they have made everything easy. They even ensured my recent move-out was seamless, providing helpful instructions and flexibility that relieved a great deal of stress. Living here has been a wonderful experience. I’ve been a resident here for 6 years in total since late 2019. I first lived here until 2021, and when I moved back to Boston in early 2022, I chose to return because the experience had always been excellent with the property management from back then. The building is consistently clean, safe, and very well managed. The amenities are a huge plus, especially the gym, which is always well maintained, and the prompt service whenever anything needs attention. What truly sets this community apart is Melissa Remy. She is incredibly welcoming, and always a pleasure to interact with. Angel and Mike consistently provide outstanding maintenance service for the building. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to requests, and their work is thorough and efficient. In addition to maintaining the property to an exceptional standard, they are consistently courteous and personable. They often take a moment to greet our two-year-old, which reflects their kindness and genuine care for the residents. Angel and Mike are a tremendous asset to the building, and their dedication greatly enhances the overall living experience.

I recently wrote a bad review (since deleted), after asking for changes to happen in this apartment for over a year. They responded once I made a negative review, unfortunately that is what made the change occur. Since my review management has been more proactive and there have been better updates to the gym, golf simulator, and clubroom.

We have had a great experience at this apartment complex! We have lived here for over 5 years and the location is perfect, the management is super responsive, and the units are very spacious for being in such a prime location! The management here changed (for the better!) about a year ago and it has been a tremendous improvement - they really seem to care about making this a great community and are very proactive about making improvements! Highly recommend this place.
