Magnolia View Apartments

This has easily been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. There is someone in the complex who regularly walks around checking car door handles trying to break into vehicles. This has been noticed by multiple residents and reported, yet management has done little to address the situation or improve security. On top of that, the day-to-day living conditions are frustrating. Neighbors are constantly loud, the smell of weed frequently drifts into my apartment, and someone repeatedly throws cigarette butts onto my patio. The apartment itself was also poorly prepared before move-in. The paint began peeling almost immediately, and none of the doors had proper weather stripping installed. Everything was perfect EXCEPT... When I moved out. I lived there for 4 years and the staff was generally pretty understanding. Maintenance would be really quick to help with any work orders (Cliff is the best). It was an awesome place to live. However, when I moved out I was charged with a replacement washer/dryer fee. My apartment never had one, just the hook ups. I have sent MULTIPLE emails, even providing evidence of pictures when I first moved in and my lease showing I was never charged for it. I sent several emails. My last email was Aug 25th and no one has gotten back to me. I called billing management and they said to give it another two weeks. I would assume they would keep inventory or track of their washer/dryers but I guess not. Easily the worst part of the experience. Great pla

I’ve been extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handles basic property maintenance. There are wasp nests throughout the property that have been left unattended, making it unsafe to even take a simple walk outside or enjoy my own balcony. Residents shouldn’t have to fight management just to get obvious safety hazards addressed. Being chased or attacked by wasps should not be part of apartment living. Pest control is clearly lacking, and it feels like concerns are brushed off unless you repeatedly complain. For the amount we pay in rent, we deserve a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Until management starts taking resident safety seriously, I cannot recommend living here.

Apartment charges multiple duplicate fees on water and trash. I get charged for water 4 times on one monthly invoice. The rent is supposed to be $1650 for a 3rd floor 2 bedroom unit. It has only been $1650 the first month. This is my 6th month here and now it’s up to $1742 with no explanation. Like the others reported the apartment was dirty when I moved in and trash was left on the patio.
