The wait list is apparently 2 to 3 years long right now according to the lady that I just spoke to
I lived there for almost 2 years. Very nice apartment. One upstairs neighbor was kinda crazy but other than that it was a great place to live. When I moved out they gave me back all my deposit. Rent was reasonable.
This place is nice and clean...my neighbors are great too! I only wished that the rent is too high bc I'm disabled and what u get from disability barely covers the rent!? There's got to be something we can do about this, bc ur Dr’s u send us to knows some of us can't work at all and u wld think since this place is “income based” that proves we dont get enuf money to afford two-thirds of ur income goes to rent!!?? Other than that this is a very nice place...the only problem is a car that's lost it's exhaust and muffler and they park right in front of my apt and they come and go at all hour’s...u wld think they wld HAVE to get it fixed? Or at least park as far away as they can in consideration for the other people that are their neighbors...bc everyone that I've spoken to has mentioned just
I just want to be sure that I say I have to say that this is the best of all places to live ❤ 💜 it.
