Magnolia Pointe Apartments

I dislike these apartments - not due to the management or the budlings themselves - but due to groups of youth who occasionally take to throwing stones at passing vehicles. My vehicle was struck on two occasions with one stone causing about $570 worth of damage to my vehicle. Be careful when passing this area and a note to the management: Please take steps to reign in these bad behaviors on your property.

We are very happy here and thankful too have finally a affordable 4 bedroom for our family everyone in the office is very nice we love mindy too she is the sweetest our kids made great freinds here neighbors are kind and maintenence has been on top of everything when we need them definitely recommend if your looking for a decent place if you have children, i will say the train gets a bit annoying at first throughout the town but we got use too it and earplugs help lol ❤️ not too bad honestly and its safer and cleaner then most apartment complex i think and close too very good school like bob jones.

Living in this complex has been the worst experience for our family with children. Since the time we’ve moved in we’ve dealt with neighbors who party loudly all night, even on weekdays keeping my kids up until anywhere from midnight to 2am when they decide they’re done. The property preaches a quiet time of 10pm to 7am and its stated in the lease and property rules. Even after multiple complaints and emails that include video of what we hear from the inside of our apartment, the property has done nothing that has fixed this problem. If that’s the lifestyle you’re into, this might be the place for you, but as for a family especially with kids, I suggest looking elsewhere before you get trapped by a lease like I have.
