Madison Park

My tire went flat just outside the gate. They are renovating the grill area so there are nails just by the visitors gate box. I call to tell them how are they going to handle the situation and who is going to pay. I took a video and took pictures. They told me that anyone could put nails on the ground and they will not fix my tire. Just yesterday I went back they tried to clean up but yet there is still nails on the ground.

Horrendous. Poor management, terrible and incompetent maintenance team, inconsistent maintenance, improper overall upkeep, consistent issues with the gates and pool, cracks in the walls, leaks in the ceiling, and so, SO much more. Do not recommend.

Madison Park Apartments are absolutely beautiful! The community is clean and well-kept, and the apartments are modern and spacious. I had a great experience during my tour — Kody was super helpful, friendly, and answered all my questions. He really made the whole process easy and welcoming. Definitely recommend checking this place out, and be sure to ask for Kody!

Toured today with Amanda. She is absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait to call Madison Park home once she works her magic for us.

Mr. Shannon was very kind, pleasant and eagerly helpful over the phone when I applied. He was equally professional, helpful and pleasant in person, as well as patient. I received a welcome gift in my apartment which was unexpected and nice. Good experience overall. I think Shannon secretly owns the place. If not, he should get a raise every quarter.
