Madison Landing

As a visitor to Madison Landing, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the challenges my son and daughter-in-law face living here. They moved to this complex over a year ago after my son was transferred for work, and they were looking for a “luxury” apartment complex. They trusted the positive reviews, but after visiting, I was surprised by some discrepancies between what’s promised and what’s provided. Here are some of the issues I’ve observed: 1. Luxury Gated Community? While residents are paying a premium for what’s advertised as a “luxury” gated community, there are multiple entrances that aren’t behind gates. The one gate that is supposed to secure the property is broken and nonfunctional. 2. Security Concerns There are supposed to be security cameras in place, but I’ve found tha

There are pros and cons to this place, you can decide what outweighs the other. Maintenance is pretty quick to help out, unless it’s the gym equipment, which is constantly broken. Although they do pest spraying regularly, it’s for good reason, because there’s roaches. The big ones. I hope you enjoy paying for trash valet that doesn’t do their jobs, because we went over 3 weeks without trash being taken at one point, and this is a very common complaint. The kids are unruly, they play in the roads, they knock on doors relentlessly then would move onto standing in our windows to get our attention. I scheduled a tour online and got a confirmation email for it. I got in town a bit earlier than expected, so I decided to stop by a little early. My appt time was for 1:45 pm, I came around 1pm. The door to the leasing office was locked, so I waited in the car. Around 1:15, a lady comes walking down the hill with another woman (they appeared to know each other). It was before my appointment time, so I didn’t interrupt. She walked off to another building and never returned. I have watched 6 people walk up and attempt to enter the office, only to realize it is still locked! The time is now 2:35pm!!! (50 mins past my appt time) I have called countless times, and have been back to the door to knock 3 more times. I traveled from Dallas, TX to tour this unit along with a few others so I am highl

I would not recommend living here as a tenant of the past 1.5-2 years. Recurrent pest issues in different units (have lived in two, both had pest problems), water leaks and shutoffs, issues with trash service, cheap appliances and flooring constantly breaking, pervasive marijuana odors, dog urine odors in common areas, mold in apartment walls…. The office staff are nice, but much like everything else in society it seems like they have their hands tied behind their back by profit-greedy owners, who only want to cut more and more expenses each year while raising prices. I’m sure if they had the resources they needed to make these apartments a nice place to live it would be great, but they don’t.

This place is amazing If anything breaks they are here within a couple of hours to fix it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The office staff is phenomenal. If u can live here do it! U will not ever be disappointed. This place is the best and everyone that works here has just been incredible I can’t say enough how helpful and friendly everyone here is. I’ve never lived anywhere better than here and I highly recommend it. It’s also so peaceful and quiet and my neighbors are even friendly Best place ever u gotta come see oh and the landscaping is so beautiful They really care here, love their jobs and it shows so much!
