Madison Flats

I love the open layout of the property, the big windows and the pool! The apartments are renovated and seem to be very well maintained. What has really sold me though, was the staff. I cannot speak highly enough of Angel. She was great! She showed me probably 4 or 5 different apartments on 2 different days just to make sure that I have the exact apartment I am looking for! She was just wonderful. You can just tell that she goes above and beyond for everyone. I am so excited to move here!

We recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The grounds are well kept, the units are beautiful, and the leasing process was handled professionally from start to finish. We especially want to thank Angel for her outstanding service. She took the time to walk us through multiple options, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stood out. We’re grateful for her help and excited to call this place home.

I’ve not had one issue since being here! Angel and Jeremiah were absolutely awesome, and made the experience all the better. Angel showed us around 4 different units. All of them were beautiful,affordable, and more than convenient. She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine. I would recommend anyone to at least come out and give it a look.

I went in to look at the apartments. Angel and Jeremiah were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They had a beautiful, clean complex. One of the cleanest I've ever seen. I highly recommend these folks. You cant ask for better people

The only good thing I can say is that I do believe that management sometimes tries. The majority of my experience here has honestly been hell. These places claimed to be renovated, but yet my apartment constantly has bugs roaches in it and I keep my space very clean. Regardless of this they are in my kitchen. I have seen ladybugs on my bedroom table. It is really disgusting. I have had a problem with the hot water not getting fully hot in the bathtub/shower since I have moved in here and I have lived here about five months. It is in the middle of winter and they gave me an explanation of pretty much they cannot do anything about it and that I have to pause my bathwater for 5 to 10 minutes and then to restart the water. I’m sorry if I have to be to work at 6 AM who has time for that. While
