Bare with me Starters Brooke & Tawanna are absolutely amazing very caring and their communication is top notch in my book. Very warm and love saying hello and welcoming to come to. Manager on the other hand I cant really say much about Amberly other then she could be more hands on or more intensive with her residents and the property honestly. Outside - no dog area.. its absolutely annoying to almost stepping in dog ish when you come out to the car - lack of cameras / security Not kidding I've been there less then 6m and only seen security 3 times More cameras and different angle views would help or even a security camera stand thing would put my mind as ease Inside- light right above the elevator has been leaking since before I came... laundry rooms could be upgraded for sure. Update again: During this weekend's ice storm in Nashville (1/26/26) the entire building lost power for nearly 48 hours and there wasn't a generator running for more than 30 minutes before it broke. The communication with management is horrible. They kept sending emails saying they understood the situation was frustrating, but never explaining why they don't have a working generator for this building?? Stairwell doors were propped open so anyone could get inside and heat could escape even faster. This place either needs to cut rent prices, or seriously change things. Update: Added photos for examples of the constant mess and random garbage strewn about. Good luck if you live next to a trash room because you'll probably get roaches from the amount of garbage people just throw in there for

This is review on apartment staff Brooke she is awesome.when our apartment lights went out and no hot water. Brooke helped calm me down cause I was nervous and scared for my safety. We were in the dark and cold. I had to go up and down 110 stairs it is unsafe with door open. I don’t know what i would do without employees like her. She also helped me with solution about getting my rent up due to a used some of my rent to get a room. She is just amazing!!!!!That is what you call leader going above and beyond call!!

Management is unresponsive about the laundry unit issues when I email them but seem to have no problem promptly responding to reviews, so here I am asking again for the laundry machines to be addressed. I've emailed management several times over the past few months, plus put in multiple maintenance requests through the resident portal with no response from ANYONE. I'd say over half of the machines in the building are broken, the other half are missing parts or left dirty.

I toured this property today and met with a beautiful lady named Brooke. I loved her professionalism and she seemed very kind. I will definitely be putting in my application
