Graycroft & Graybrook Apartment Homes

We have lived here for over 10 years and these past 2 years have been nothing but problems since moving towards the front. The property manager and the assistant property manager Christina and Brian have these worst attitudes. Brian lies and tries to play the tenants against one another. Anytime I call the office, I let them know the call is being recorded because they are such liars and try to act like you’re the problem. They allowed anyone that is not on a lease to live here and cause problems for the actual tenants that have contracts to reside here. The parking is terrible with so many non residents allowed to park and take up all the spaces. We got a new car and was told by Christina that we needed to come to the office immediately to update our car yet there are cars in the parking

The rent is fair for the size of the units, and the community itself is decent. However, management was consistently unprofessional and difficult to deal with. After living here for almost seven years, the situation became so severe that we were forced to contact HUD. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

We are thankful for the peace we experience, services rendered by office and maintenance staff, and the beautification projects, and timely response to requests! Update: It has been over one month and I am still killing roaches in the infested unit they rented to me. The exterminators have been in my apartment for 4 weeks straight. Graycroft lied to me and said that the unit never had a previous bug issue which is clearly not the case. Ill just keep posting pics of the roaches I kill and the dead carcasses layng around! I moved into Graycroft 2 weeks ago and have not been too happy. The first day I moved in I had to kill a roach that was crawling on the kitchen wall. Then I spent the rest of the weekend killing roaches of all sizes which let's me know the unit they gave me had a roach problem that was not treated properly! I called the office Monday morning to let them know and was told I had to wait until Wednesday when the pest control company c

I have lived here for over ten years. The management (especially Bryan) has progressively gotten worse and worse. They speak to the renters disrespectfully. I have had to deal with Bryan and out of all of our interactions, I can not recall a single good one. Rather it’s time to pay the referral fees they promise, or a complaint about the billing system his attitude remains negative and combative. I have brought it up to his manager and was told “I will speak with him” as if that is a resolution. If this was a one off or even two I could look past it. But by the third time and him telling me that I’m disrespectful when I have been nothing but pleasant, something has gotta give. I would rather make my home somewhere else instead of being anxious to call the management team and fear another b
