My family has been there for a few months and it has been a great experience, we loved the pool, gym and all amenities. Alessandra helped us through the application process and has helped us with work orders too, she’s great and always ready to help. And maintenance team is great and fast to solve any issues.

Jennifer was very helpful assisting with my lease renewal. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. I enjoy having her as the property manager and she is part of the reason I decided to stay for another 2 years.

Jennifer and her team are the best. I have never had such an easy process with apartment hunting. Jennifer’s professionalism and timely responses were amazing. Thank you so much Jennifer for being awesome!

Do not move here , they dont fix anything and have hidden fees when you move out. They charged me 2100$ in hidden fees after i had already been gone 2 months without breaking the lease. If the balance was not paid they send it over to collections and credit bureau which can negatively effect your renters history. Jennifer in the front office was very passive aggressive over the phone and gaslights you any time you call. She threatened to add an additional 1,000$ because I had an attitude. Once I paid the 2k in hidden fees online , i called the office to confirm they had received the payment. Jennifer stated the payment had NOT been received, i am clearly being scammed. I gave it a few business days to process and still NO PAYMENT. Jennifer became very aggressive toward me and diminished my
