I love it here! Ms.Paprika in the leasing office is probably the most attentive leasing agent I've ever encountered. Every email is replied to within about an hour or so, she never makes me feel like a bother, and she was completely up front and honest with me from the time of touring to now 4 months into my lease. The maintenance team is also very quick and friendly! (Shout out to Mr.Pierre!) Some have issues with the train being so close, but it's actually comforting for me. The complex is small, so it's pretty calm. Love being able to see my vehicle at all times! If you don't mind the train, and occasionally not being able to park in front of your stairs, this is the place to be. Called to set up a tour, got no answer. No out of office message or anything. Drove up to the place, was frustrated to see that there was no office at that location or direction to the office which is down the street in a sister apartment. Got there to find a written sign on the door stating out of office that day. Called 2nd day, no answer left vm and sent email requesting tour, no response. 3rd day got a call back and request to set up appointment but... is this the way it'll be when I call maintenance? Between that and the reviews... I'm good.

Please believe every negative Review!!! This place is by far the worst management team I’ve ever experienced in any apartment. Do NOT go off of just the photos on the website! I’ve had my apartment tested for mold myself and it came back positive, when I notified front office they just sent someone out to change the filter, like they do every month. Maintenance didn’t even have the courtesy to actually change it they just left it in front of the washer for me to change!! There was break ins in people’s cars at one point. Front office never answers the first time and then just tell you what you want to hear to rush you off the phone. My AC went out 5 days ago during a heatwave and they said they would send someone out. Maintenance comes out and says he didn’t have the tool to fix it, comes

Beware – This Place is Horrible! If you value sleep or honesty, stay far away. Between the train blaring its horn at midnight and Home Depot receiving multiple deliveries between 1–4 AM, there is no peace and quiet here. It's a nightmare. The office staff won't tell you about any of this noise when you sign the lease, but they’ll make sure to charge you for every little thing once you’re in. I left early (yes, it was that bad) but still paid the rent because the cancellation fee was even worse. To top it off, they charged me full utilities even though the system showed I used none! The only upside? The massage school nearby—$30 for an hour. That’s literally the only good thing I can say. You’ve been warned. Find another place.

Please believe every negative review you see cause it’s TRUE. Been looking for an apartment in the madison area for about 2 months now. Came across these apartments and thought they looked very nice at a reasonable price. First off- the staff- terrible, very unprofessional and unintelligible. i felt like I had walked into some foreign place and didn’t know the language, a bunch of deer in headlights seriously.. then it stinks around the whole neighborhood probably from the dog poop EVERYWHERE and overflowing trash dump. u can find better out here.
