Crossings at East Nashville

Roaches in apartment! I constantly have to ask for my apartments problems to be fixed. Trash is piled up at every single dumpster making the outdoor areas smell horrible. I was without a/c for two months. Only thing that is good about this place is cheaper rent. You get what you pay for. Look elsewhere.

The property is nice for an older place. Sits in a quiet neighborhood just down the road from where I’m transferring to for work so less traffic to deal with will be great. Love the pool and has a fitness center to work out in and not have to go across town. Main guy that showed me the place was cool n

The front office gets 5 stars. I don't know their names but the professional ladies in the office as of 3/26/24 have been able to handle a few issues that have come about with better results then expected. For Maintenance there is much to be desired. Community is quite and though my carpets where not cleaned or even vacuumed and my blinds in bedroom are busted up, I do like my apartment.

The only thing they have going for them is being close to nashville. They’ve been through countless management and they’ve all been horrible. I’ve had my roof cave in, they put a tarp over it. Then my shower wouldn’t turn off for over a month. Everything in my apartment was covered in mold. Clothes, shoes, couch, bed, drywall. My toilet backed up into my shower and flooded my downstairs dining room with sewage water. Also I’ve been begging for pest control to spray for 3 months, they have came one time. I’ve never had to deal with roaches and ants until I moved here. Then they have the nerve to post the big nice pool in their pictures, which been open all of 2 weeks the past couple summers. Save the headache and move somewhere safe, reliable, and without mold or roaches.

In all honesty, the rating speaks for itself. There’s so much to say in this little box and I’ve only lived in for 3 months. Wish I would’ve read reviews instead of being in a hurry to move. Complete waste of my time and money. There’s no accountability, no actual employees instead of “community manager” and Maintenance. Everyone else that you meet at temporary and don’t stay long. If you have to get in touch with anyone make sure it’s the property manager and not anyone else. It’ll be like playing a game of telephone.
