Livano Pflugerville

My experience here has been great start to finish and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The amenities are the best I’ve ever seen, the gym is big and always clean, the pool is nice and also always clean, they have a coffee shop on site and a reservable clubhouse. If you have a pet, they have daycare and grooming available for them too. The location is close to stone hill which has a lot of good shopping, but still away from most traffic and noise. The walls are also thick, I never hear my neighbors outside a few soft thuds here and there. This is the best experience I’ve had at an apartment complex so far, and if you’re looking for something in the Pflugerville area I would recommend it.

I came in just for an apartment viewing and omg 🥹 the staff absolutely made my day! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest energy and the biggest smiles. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to help. The tour felt fun, relaxed, and informative, and all of my questions were answered with patience and positivity without feeling pressured at all! First impressions matter, and the staff here completely knocked it out of the park. If this is how they treat visitors, I can only imagine how wonderful it is to live here! Thank you to the staff for the experience they gave me with their community and making me feel like I was already home 🫶🏼

The office staff at Livano Pflugerville are absolutely wonderful. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. From move-in to day-to-day interactions, they make the entire experience smooth and welcoming. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in what they do.

I’ve always wanted to feel at home, and I finally found that at Livano Apartments. The communication is excellent, everything is clean and well-organized , and it truly feels welcoming everywhere I go. The fresh free coffee every morning even reminds me of being at my mom’s house. I highly recommend checking out this new apartment community—it’s definitely worth experiencing! My wife and I love it. I think we staying here for a long time!.

At first I was a bit sceptical, as I'm not usually fond of Big fancy apartments, however the staff is amazing and they make sure the residents are extremely well taken care of. The grounds are always clean, it's a very quiet place, and the amenities are phenomenal. The manager Sophia is such a sweet heart, and is very willing to assist residents as much as possible, she will go above and beyond as a property manager, for the people who live here. Full five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
