Literati Group Housing LLC

After weeks of searching for rooms I finally found Literati Group and decided to let them help me find some affordable and nice place to stay. They provided me a housing in Astoria neighborhood, really great room with great price. I started renting with Literati last fall, and planning on renewing the lease now. Despite some shortcomings initially , Literati has made lots of improvements in their services during my stay, that is why I will be renewing lease. Their staff are very professional and kind. I would recommend to anyone who is searching for good looking apartment with great price in New York. Thanks.

I first used the Literati Group to move into my apartment in Astoria a year ago and had an excellent experience with them. The customer service was great. Before moving in they answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and welcome to the neighborhood. After moving in whenever I needed to get in touch with them, they were always available by phone and email with a very quick response time. The staff are always a pleasure to speak with! The amenities at my property are excellent as well. When I first moved in everything was very new and very clean. All cabinets, fixtures, flooring, etc had been kept up very well and it felt much like moving into a brand new place. It was really challenging to find housing in New York, I had to go through several real estate agencies but once I found Literati it became easy for me to relocate. They are friendly, organized and dealt my case professionally. At first I selected the few locations in Astoria where I wanted to see housing through their website which is really helpful, but soon after meeting them they got to show me few more options and one of them was super convenient for me. I felt hassle free in entire process of paper work filling out application and other things I was assisted properly and their customer service is really amazing dealing almost all issues within 24 hours. They have good furnished housing and I would recommend Literati group to every one of those who needs to find housing near Astoria,

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Look on other places for more reviews. IT WILL COST YOU MORE in the long run since they WON'T RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT. It was a nightmare from the first day. They confused the key of the apartment, so I wasn't able to get in the room I was staying. When thing breaks they won't repair or take days to do it. Once a guy came passed midnight to install an AC for another student. To return the key was also a mess. Check their Yelp reviews!

Literati group has nice options when it comes to temporary accommodation. I have been in trouble for couple of weeks since I could not find a decent apartment based on my budget. With Literati things changed meeting my expectations for an apartment and I had great time spent in Astoria. Being a new student having started my college, I had no idea for what to do. Thanks to my friend Woznaik, who got to meet me with Literati as a reasonable real estate company. The apartment was nice, but it required little furnishing as things were bit messed up which I did manage to do myself. I think Literati can provide nice housing options for those who are tight in budget and don't care too much about little issues such as furnishing.
