Linden Place Apartments

So far so good! Neighbors have been nice and overall the area has been uneventful. I appreciate they keep the complex clean and management has been responsive for questions. If I had a complaint some how a firework broke the first layer of glass on our balcony door before moving in and we are waiting to get it fixed. Hopefully that won’t be a routine issue.

Don’t move here. Please. My car was busted into and when I informed the landlord, she gave me the equivalent of a shrug. Then another landlord came in. For at least the last five months I was there I never saw her in the office. The office was always closed and you could only get a hold of her if you texted. It took them months to remodel an apartment next-door, and then she moved a drug dealer in. My wife and I had to wait for the police as individuals were trying to break into the window next-door. Another time our neighbors friends which can be described as looking like henchman from a Batman movie almost wandered into our house because they were so drunk. Homeless came in an out like it was a 7-11. The landlord did basically nothing except ask if she could use my texts as proof one try

The worst renting experience ever!!!! We lived there for 3 years and the management is horrible! Constant problems that took several months to repair and most just over looked. Black mold everywhere and always comes back no matter how much bleach is used. When moving out we still had a month paid and moved early and asked if they could hold our things we forgot, and was planning on coming back 2 days after we moved. They came into the apartment early and tossed our belongings.

No record of us living there?? Lies. I was a resident here for a year and a half so no need to delete my review. This place ‘lost’ our rent check money order and kicked us out when our child was under a year old. They wouldn’t even allow us to pay it after they couldn’t find our check. They gave us 72 hours to vacate. We even tried to take it to court. Terrible management company. Then weeks later our check magically showed up. What a joke!

Not happy with this place or the landlord. It’s not quiet here unless you are used to kids screaming and running around. Landlord is not transparent when asking questions in advance to make sure you don’t end up in situations like here. I normally don’t write reviews but I’m really unhappy with the level of indifference here.
