Ever since Lincoln has bought our building all they have been concerned about is renovations. They don’t consider how it affects their current tenants because all they really care about is ways that they can double the rent for the next one’s. It is waking us up early in the morning with the sound of constant drilling and hammering. They also blocked off more than half of our parking spots for exterior work on the building. Their excuse is to “buy a $400 parking pass from the town of Amherst.” None of us want to do that for the last 2 months when the parking situation has been smooth sailing all year long before they got here. The owners are very involved with their properties and set a high standard for their apartments. All the apartments are beautiful and are expected to be left clean. Unfortunately, many tenants don't respect the apartments and space as they should. I own a local cleaning business and at times Lincoln hires me to clean apartments when tenants move out. They are always extremely responsive in communication and payment. I communicate most frequently with Chris and she handles apartment turnovers and maintenance very well, making sure everything is cared for in a timely manner. It's been a pleasure doing work with them.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Lincoln. I lived in an apartment 3/4 years in college and they are nothing but reasonable and accommodating with all of your needs! Chris, is a fantastic person as it is and is a great employee. Very easy to communicate with and always very nice conversations when entering the office. With one other year not with Lincoln, it is night and day with what Lincoln can do for you! They are awesome!

I have the opportunity to live at the prospect street building in downtown Northampton. All I can say is the building is absolutely beautiful and the staff at Lincoln maintain it with love and care. The location of the building is perfect because it is very near downtown yet away from traffic and noise of Main Street. It's a short joyful walk to Capon garden down the street and the Smith campus is very nearby. Lincoln has maintained the old world charm of this early 20th century building with great moldings and original fixtures. At the same time it has a fresh and modern feel because of the attention to detail the property owner strives for. I can't say enough about the staff and how helpful they have always been throughout the leasing process and with any maintenance issues along the way
